About Beyond the Surf
The owner
Karac brings a broad technical background spanning V8 Supercars, aviation, and trailer manufacturing, with deep expertise in mechanics, fabrication, and design. Alongside his trade career, he has developed a strong connection to the ocean through Surf Lifesaving since 2020 and later as a member of the Australian Lifeguard Service. A lifelong swimmer, he has competed in major ocean events including the Mudjimba Island Swim and The Rip Swim in Victoria. His progression into endurance swimming eventually led him to freediving, where he found greater depth and purpose. By combining his fabrication skillset with his passion for the ocean, he created Beyond the Surf, which specializes in innovative jetski accessories and launch equipment, including Forward Launching Jetski Rails.
